HBO has dropped a second official teaser for its Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone series, offering another window into how the studio plans to rebuild the Wizarding World for television. The eight-episode debut season takes on the story’s opening chapter, adapting the novel released in the US as Sorcerer’s Stone, and lines up a fresh cast to carry a property that spent a decade defining the modern blockbuster before this small-screen reset.
The new footage moves through the beats that made the first book a phenomenon. Harry, Ron and Hermione make their way to Hogwarts and land together in Gryffindor after the Sorting Ceremony, then settle into life at the school, crossing paths with staff including Dumbledore, McGonagall, Snape and Hagrid while working through classes like herbology and potions.
