It’s no secret that Kanye West and adidas have formed a formidable partnership over the past year. Now it seems that the two will be taking their union to the next level with a new expansion dubbed adidas + KANYE WEST, which will include the opening up of new retail stores and the introduction of a performance line and various accessories.
Kanye West made a rare daytime appearance on the Ellen Show last Thursday, May 19. West treated the world to an all-time epic rant. “It was pure, unadulterated Kanye because no one else was allowed to speak. For almost eight minutes, Kanye held forth on every subject, from ‘Kanye’ to ‘West,'” Stephen Colbert said of the rapper’s Ellen appearance on the Friday May 20th Late Show. Continue reading

The Yeezy hype train rolls on with what appears to be the next release of the coveted sneakers, this adidas YEEZY Boost 750 in Dark Grey. Looking pretty similar to the initial release of the bold high-top silhouette in 2015, the main difference with the new colorway is the gummy sole that actually glows in the dark. These are rumored to be the next adidas Yeezy sneaker release, but there’s no confirmation of an exact release date yet. Early on Friday morning urban fashionistas started lining up in the pre-dawn hours at 83 Wooster Street in New York’s chic Soho district. This ritual could only mean one thing Kanye West, the new streetwear Guru was releasing something. Life of Pablo, a pop-up shop that coincided with the beginning of spring, sprung up for a three-day Kanye West fashion-fest this weekend March 18th through 20th.

Loyal followers braved the cold and darkness to be the first to own the latest Kanye merchandise featured in his video Life Of Pablo. West, the master of shameless self-promotion, enlisted the first family of media hype the Kardashians to help push his new line. The K-clan has been wearing the distinctive bright blue or maroon t-shirts for weeks leading up to the release.

While it’s still unclear whether the low-top Yeezy Boost from Season 3 will be an updated 350 or the new rumor 550 version, Kanye was photographed at LAX airport wearing a pair of the sneakers that have been making the rounds lately. The kicks appear slightly higher than the 350s around the ankles and don’t include the heel tab, making us wonder if this is an entirely new silhouette altogether. The brown and tan shoes also feature a bright orange stripe running along the upper, giving it a distinct look from its more neutral predecessors.
Black Violins, Kevin Sylvester and Wilner Baptiste, who go by the stage names Kev Marcus and Will B are two classically trained violinists living their dream.
