Nike continues to release new colorways of their recently introduced Huarache NM silhouette. This time around we get the sneaker in all-red, a trend spearheaded by the unreasonably popular Nike Air Yeezy 2 among the Swoosh’s most interesting designs as of late, the familiar Huarache heel cage and neoprene upper is offset by thick rope laces for a decidedly contemporary aesthetic. Look for the Nike Huarache NM “Red” to hit select retailers on May 30.

Parra an Amsterdam-based Dutch artist, is presenting Yer So Bad- his series of new works at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery January 8 through February 7, 2015. Yer So Bad showcases a continuation of Parra’s witty and salacious post-pop imagery. Titled after the Tom Petty song, Yer So Bad, which tells the story of a girl who marries a “yuppie” and takes him for all he’s worth, this exhibition features the artist’s signature hybrid figures and freeform typography in works on canvas and paper. Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving is the newest member of the Nike Basketball signature sneaker family. Nike designer Leo Chang created the sneaker for Irving’s tremendous speed and quickness on the court.
