The Luther Vandross Estate has released a brand-new music video for A House Is Not a Home to preview a major collaboration with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
The video features a newly edited four-minute version of the R&B classic, brought to life by Alvin Ailey company dancers Caroline T. Dartey and Solomon Dumas. It serves as a visual teaser for Power of Love, an upcoming tribute ballet dedicated to Vandross’s musical legacy by choreographer Jamar Roberts. Power of Love will premiere on December 2 during the Ailey New York City Center fall season.
