Kicks deals with the growing problem of kids getting your kicks (sneakers) stolen. is Director Justin Tipping, along with a fresh-faced and veteran-filled cast, brings this epidemic to life. The film is about a fifteen-year-old who discovers that a fresh pair of kicks can have life-changing effects in positive and negative ways.
