Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken thighs or breast
Flour tortillas
Melting cheese **
1/2 cup crema mexicana (you can substitute for sour cream )
2 tbsp mayo
2 chopped jalapeños
2 Yas pickled jalapeño juice
1 tbsp chipotle sauce
1 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder or smoked paprika
1 tsp dried onion flakes
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 serving of love
