Here’s a terrible way to start the new month – no Yeezy Boosts! Rumors of a December 5th release have been swirling around over the last month, with notable retailers even suggesting that a Yeezy Boost 750 would drop. But two important updates have gone down recently – one being today’s confirmation from adidas that no Yeezy Boost sneaker will release this week, and Ibn Jasper going the extra step and saying the all-black Yeezy Boost 750 is a big ‘ol fake.

Yeezy Talk WorldWide notes that retailers are now confirming a December 19th release, but we’ll wait for more details as we near that date. We went from all-black Yeezy Boost 750s releasing on December 5th, to no adidas Yeezy Boosts at all. Bummer, huh? We’ll bring you the latest Yeezy Boost updates as they arrive, so in the meantime let us know if this alters your weekend’s sneaker purchase plans.

Jordan Brand’s 30th anniversary stole the show this year! 2015 saw the Jumpman aka Michael Jordan collaborate with Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design and  skateshop Supreme. Even beyond outside influences, the Jordan Brand continuously churned out colorways and models that would thrive off of the hardwood.

The Air Jordan1‘s three decade celebration was highlighted not by OG colorways this year, but instead by an attention to luxury like never before. The Pinnacle 1s saw a premium price point of $400 (and no, that wasn’t the resale value). Now the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG is getting toned down for a simplistic black and white color known as the Air Jordan 1 “Cyber Monday”. The entire upper is encased in a black remastered leather while a white on white midsole/outsole combination adds a clean finish. Available this Monday, November 30th for $160.

This pair definitely ranks high on our list of Black Friday Must-Have Sneakers, and it isn’t too hard to see why with the iridescent upper full of a rainbow array of metallic hues once light hits at the perfect ankle. The early 2000s basketball model has yet to cool off in 2015 as Nike Sportswear continues to revitalize the iconic silhouette in new and exciting ways. Here the traditional combination of a black lining, tongue, and laces matches that icy translucent outsole to keep your focus tuned in on the molded Posite upper throughout. Sure, the Aqua 8s are a top priority for mostly everyone setting out to grab a new pair of sneakers this week, but this Foamposite  might make you reconsider your priorities. The Hologram Foams will drop today, November 25th for $230.

Pharell‘s signature style became iconic and went on to influence an entirely new generation of artists/designers. Artists like Tyler, The Creator have gone on to create bold collaborations that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the N.E.R.D. frontman’s iconic diamonds and dollars print paired with high socks and a trucker hat, but there was a time when Billionaire Boy Club was in jeopardy of having a future at all.

Jay-Z would step in to purchase the streetwear brand to keep it alive in a more accessible form, and now the imprint has come full circle to collaborate with the ubiquitous Adidas Stan Smith. The diamonds and dollars graphic returns here, but in its most premium form as a pony hair upper sees a leather lining add a luxurious finish to the streetwear savvy icon.
